Four layers all vinyl
laminate
- Wearlayer - .70mm/27mils
- Pattern Layer 5 to 7 colors used for absolute pattern
realism and color clarity
- Virgin vinyl white stabilizer layer
- All vinyl base carrier layer
- All components are then heat pressed together at 23,000
P.S.I. This eliminates the possibility of delamination
- An annealing process before cutting insures dimensional
stability
- All tiles/planks are back sanded to insure a precise accurate
thickness from tile to tile along with an etched back surface
to insure maximum adhesive bonding
All commercial products meet
or exceed the following mandatory tests:
 Critical
radiant flux: Class I
- Surface Burning: Class A
- Smoke Density: 450 or less
- Resistance to Tabor Abrasion Test
- Static Coefficient of friction
- Resistance to Indentation
- Impact Resistant
- Chemical Resistance Test
